    Flat Organization (May 5, 2019)

    For many years, most corporations have focused on a hierarchical  organization structure for their organization. The structure typically  means that an employee has a boss, that boss reports to their boss and  so on until you reach the CEO at the top of the command.
    Today, many corporations are moving towards eliminating hierarchy  among their organization and becoming a flat organization. In a flat  origination, there are no bosses, everyone is equal and working together  as a team. Employees can make impactful decisions at all levels. Other  typical characteristics of such organizations are transparency,  continuous feedback, and “fluidity” - grouping task forces around  current problems rather than having fixed teams.
    Does it sound like a dream? Is the flat structure utopia or innovative approach?
